Are you actually happy about Skyrim's changes?

This isnt asking if you don't like them, or if you think the game's mechanic changes are a bad idea. What I want to know is... Is anyone happy about the changes, the big ones compared to Morrowind and Oblivion? The loss of a huge number of magic spells, the change in skills, the stats, the armor or lack thereof..

There are a few i like but mostly, they just bother me. One really nice thing was the merging of Speech Craft and Mercantile. What a useless skill Mercantile was. Im really happy about that change., cause no one ever used Mercantile.... But for the most part, no I'm not happy with the changes. I still like the game. Its still fun. But I'm not happy with the changes.

How about you?

Its heading in the right direction but they need to start adding weapons such as guns and explosives. Technology is advancing in the Elder Scroll universe so its time to bring it up to speed. They also really really need to add multi-player so we can do some FFA and Team Deathmatch with our Orcs.

Not sure if joking...

I dislike the loss of a lot of magic, but I find the new spells (raising dead, Master-level destruction spells, etc) worth it.
I very much like blade/blunt becoming one handed/two handed; I've been saying that ought to happen since I started TES with Oblivion, just after it released.
I like the smaller map, more detail approach, but I miss the small but still interesting quests from Oblivion; finding Aleron Loche, the invisible town, etc.

I like actually being able to increase my Magicka, but I miss increasing Speed until I could run like the wind.
I like the change to skills.

Fine, keep the guns and explosives out but multi-player would be a great addition. I get tired of beating everything even on the hardest difficulties so it would be nice to be able to fight with some human opponents once I start getting bored with the game. We could finally test out who can make the strongest classes. It in no way affects the single player game so only those old sticks in the mud who hate change are going to throw a fit about it. Don't like it than don't play it type of deal. You know they would though.

I like the direction, but I don't like the destination.

I'm sorry, but all of that is terrible.

It goes against everything TES is.

The game is going in a good direction, but I fear it may go too far in that direction. Why not have elements from both directions? Go up instead of right or left? I think Skyrim built a nice foundation for a soft reset of sorts. It was friendly and more forgiving to new players, so now they can add in more elements from past games (better implemented, at that).
