It would be a GotY edition with all the DLC, but the game itself would be running at full power. Basically like the PC version with max settings. Would you buy it again for one of the consoles? I have to say that I probably would if I'm able to afford a PS4.

If they upgraded everything yah. Would be nice to have more npcs on screen at once and have real elemental effects on enchanted weapons.
