Seems Cicero escapes the assault on the DB.

This rogue jester must be hunted down. I killed the DB, then I passed Lorius' Farm for the first time and Cicero wasn't there. Is there anywhere I can find him so the DB is truly, completely eliminated. First one to give me his location will get the bounty of a basket of cookies.

Dawnguard Sanctuary. Try "svck it biatch!" as the password. Now hand over teh cookiez.
