Basically, through some glitch or another Delphine ended up disintigrated and turn into a pile of Ash during the fight with the dragon at the end of A Blade in the Dark. I don't really want to do the fight over again, for some reason I have stability issues during the fight so it crashed many times before I finished the fight and there is no assurance that she won't end up a pile of Ash again.

So I'm looking for a console command solution.

resurrect didn't work, didn't expect it to work on a pile of ash
placeatme placed a copy of delphine at me, but I couldn't talk to her to finish the quest.
setstage allowed me to complete A Blade in the Dark, but I didn't get Diplomatic Immunity, and it doesn't seem to work to force start Diplomatic Immunity though maybe I did it wrong.

So I'm wondering if anybody knows a console command solution that will work to start Diplomatic Immunity.
