Modder to Modder on efficiency and organization

I'm debugging my mods and of course I have about 80-90 mods. So I want to fix a reference or sometimes even the base form, but once I identify the form and mod, I discover a long forgotten mod I added. Well I put it there for a reason, but the name is truncated to just 3+ letters as an acronym. To make matters worse, I have no Readme.txt and I have no archive that matches that mod name.
Wonderful, I have to search for it on Google but it doesn't exist :bonk: I have seen it in different mod posts for others who have problems with load orders, but that mod isn't my problem nor the point of this post
It's the inconvenience of having to perform a search like this to fix a reference, just because someone didn't organize their mod efficiently and user-friendly enough. A Readme.txt file would be nice, but much better if modders would provide accurate and detailed information. Now this mod I'm searching for is not worth mentioning but it is popular and I don't need to mention the name.
Modders for the most majority organize their mods well, but there are a few out there who don't care. Not associating mod archive content files with the name of the archive or even with the mod name, is ridiculous. If you're a modder please consider abiding by this simple process for convenience. Afterall, you wouldn't want it to happen to you would you?
