No idea if this is going in the correct thread, but last month I made it to the White Gold Tower on the Xbox 360 after falling under the map in Windhelm. I have no clue if the new update fixed this or not I hope not. After I fell under the map I went beyond Skyrim. Seems that borders are disabled after you enter a city.

I did searches on Youtube to no avail. All the videos I seen was trolls claiming to have done in on the Xbox 360 but then they would say things like tcl no clip, stuff like that. So I didn't think it to be true.

Yeah, quite old but awesome no less. I did it a while back by getting out of riften then traversing the low res land until I found it. Xbox 360 player here.
