Buffy Character for Fallout 2

Post » Sun Apr 04, 2010 11:44 am

So in boredom waiting for Point Outlook, I am making a Buffy character in Fallout 2.

If you dont know why, if you make a female character named Buffy and wear leather armor, Becky at the Den will give you a bunch of stuff.

So I want to make a Buffy that would be as close to the real version as possible.

However Im not familar with the series/movie at all.

I assume she would be good with melee weapons (Stakes), small guns (Becky gives you a SMG) and thrown (You get a plasma grenade as well)

Her traits would be Small Framed, Gifted, six Apeal (Not sure on that), one handed (Not sure either but does she use mostly one handed weapons)

High agility and perception moderate intelligence and average stats?

Any specific perks that would fit?

While I wanna stick close to the shows/movie I also want her to be effective.

She would be very very good with unarmed and melee weapons. (Look to meet the requirements of the slayer perk.) Her primary mode of defence would be dodging so agility and AC related perks would be a must. So stat wise I think your good.

six appeal is very powerful for Female characters, so I'd lean towards it in both a character and metagame sense...

Kill everyone while doing the Blood Ties mission! meh.gif

Wrong game.

Like the idea but with some changes!

Make her good with non powered armour, with small guns, with mellee weapons and handtohand.

Make her sixy and automatically give her the Black Widow perk.

Perhaps relate her more to ghouls and super mutants than vampires, giving her some special perks.

Add to her agility and speed.

Wish I could help more with a mod but only just learning myself.

You have to go with Bloody Mess if you're doing a vampire-killing heroine character...even if there aren't any vampires.

That's Fallout 3; this is a conversation about Fallout 2.

I was planning on doing the same thing. Also, not to distract from the topic, but is there a cheats section for FO2?

No. I don't endorse cheating, but if you must, look for Falche.

Play the game as intended if you can. If you can't, dial down the difficulty (or take up knitting).

I didn't ask if people endorsed cheating. I simply asked about about a cheats section. I played the game as intended for several playthroughs and on different difficulties. In regards to your A-holeish comment, chop off your fingers. You don't know how I play and it's none of your concern. Simply add to the discussion or don't.
