It SOUNDS like it may be a glitched corpse somewhere. Aside from checking for a stuck limb (Destroying said limb stuck/clipping will stop the noise), or restarting it, not much I can say.

I don't think so, it's a consistent knocking, or ringing sound, regardless of reloading.
