Has anyone else experienced this?
Does Sinding ever leave his valley?
This is what he did, some of which I have video ot....just need to figure out how/where to post it.

It was pretty interesting. I followed him to that fort with the sewer entrance. The bandits attracted his attention, so he ran into and slaughtered them. He then walked to the tower near Whiterun, where your first dragon of the Main Quest appears, and I picked a fight with the 3 guards there, the which Sinding jumped right in. Afterward he finally made it to the stables of Whiterun. He attacked and killed everyone there that's killable, but was never attracted to go any further into Whiterun, so he continued walking up to the T-intersection (walked right past a few guards there with no incident) and then walked all the way to Riverwood, running down those two wolves along the way.

This is how it "may" have started.

After talking to the dying Khajiit I transformed into a werewolf and feed on the bodies present. Afterward I spoke with Sinding and agreed to spare him. I used my howl to fear the hunters and then ran them down. Near the last group a hunters, one or two kept running and made it over the cliff that takes you back to the beginning. I left Sinding to fight and I gave chase, hopping down, back into the camp, to kill the one or two hunters that escaped. I then ran all the way back to help Sinding finish the last few off. I howled again and the last hunter ran over the cliff and ended up in the camp. I jumped down the same as before, only this time Sinding followed me and he too ended up in the camp by the entrance. I couldn't talk to him while transformed so I had him follow me right back to the proper spot where this quest usually ends. From that point on Sinding in wolf form slowly walked back to the entrance and just stood there. When I exited to speak with Hircine I must have pulled him out with me, the same way that you pull people into buildings if they stop to chat with you the moment you click on the door to enter or exit. From there Sinding just began slowly walking around that mountain range.
