Changing Timescale - Thoughts, Opinions

Post » Sun Apr 14, 2013 2:50 pm

I find the standard Timescale in Skyrim somewhat annoying.

I have tried some mods - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13239 - but there seems to be issues with all of them in one way or another. kuertee's Auto Save and Time is a great mod, but it does cause some issues.

Is there a simple safe way to modify Timescale? Basically I'd like to set it to 12. I'd also like to know if anyone thinks it's a bad idea to change it at all, I recall reading comments like that.

Thanks.

Open console, enter set timescale to 12

There, all done

I'm using timescale 5 without issues, 12 should be perfectly fine (in fact, it's the default scale for some mods that add realistic eating/sleeping). Problems occur if you set too low, for example to 1.
