The College of Winterbugged : V

After completing Good Intentios for the College, Savos Aren told me to talk to Mirabelle. Her dialogue about the Staff of Magnus doesn't show up when I talk to her, so the quest won't start. How do I fix this?

This is the best bet for pretty much all unpatched bugs/glitches.

Actually, I've gotten this bug before.

You might be screwed. This is one of the game breaking bugs. You might not be able to advance the questline.

Reload, then, I'm afraid, if you can. Bethesda should include a limited version of the PC console in Xbox and Playstation games, as a trouble-shooting tool.
