I just acquired Severin Manor, went to bed there, woke up at the Beast stone, saw on the map that the Skaal village was near, so I thought I would go check it out, the only people I see are the three outside the Great Hall maintaining some magical barrier, and one little girl (Aeta?) wandering about, all the buildings are locked up except for the Shaman's hut, and there's no-one else in sight. .Where is everybody, and what possible trigger did I miss that makes them appear? I've tried waiting, but nobody's showing up.
