Oblivion Ghosts are scarier than Draugr

So I got Oblivion way back in December, but couldn't play it because my PC wouldn't let me. It wasn't until like a month ago that I realized that I could try my old laptop, and it worked. Unfortunately it didn't play that well, but I completed the Knights of the Nine and Main Story quests. And in doing so, I came across old crypts similar to those in Skyrim, but they had something that Skyrim doesn't...

Ghosts. AND THEY'RE SCARY.

Seriously, those things scared the crap out of me. I tried to avoid them whenever I could, and when they attacked me, I felt genuine fear.

But in Skyrim, when I fight Draugr, I'm just annoyed. They're ugly, stupid, and most of all, not scary.

I think that they should bring ghosts back in either another DLC or the next Elder Scrolls game. They'll actually make scary, dark crypts... scary.

My favorite enemies in Skyrim are the corrupted shades. They'd be so much cooler if they were like Ghosts from Oblivion.

I remember Benirus Manor. I didn't have any silver weapons, needless to say I got scared when my weapons did no damage.

This was the only thing as scarier as a Draugr in Oblivion. Sadly it looked out of place but was the scariest to me.
The ghosts were too shiny and slow to be scarier.

Is that a wraith? Yeah, those are pretty much the same as ghosts. But I think that the reason I find ghosts scarier is that the way they look, move, and sound is so much more creepy than Draugr, which lumber around like dumb zombies.
