Now that I have made a few skills legendary it seems like I am unable to go back to skill teachers like Runil to help me level. Am I doing something wrong?

Many people have had trouble with skill trainers after they make a skill Legendary.

I am unable to use them even after an overall level-up. Are the low-level trainers off limits after making skills Legendary?

Maybe they should come out with a legendary teacher.
