My computer has broken and I'm buying a new one. I can access my old computer through safe mode and thus store necessary files on CDs. So, my question is: how do I copy all my mods (installed through NMM) from my old computer to my new computer?

I think there is an NMM folder somewhere where all mods are stored, right? Is it so easy to just transfer that folder to my CD and then to my new computer? I truly hope I don't have to reinstall all mods.
