Before you leave: hardcoe mode in Skyrim Bethesda

Post » Tue Apr 16, 2013 12:55 pm

As of yesterday an announcement that Bethesda was "moving on" from skyrim, which made me very sad. As a player I have played many hours in skyrim leveling my Imperial battlemage from level 1 all the way to level 261, so it may not have been alllll legit but thats besides the point. The point Id like to make is that I feel as if fallout NV's hardcoe system could have be implemented with such a dramitic effect in skyrim increasing immersion/difficulty alot and actually requiring for the player to do all those tasks such as farming or hunting for food, fishing while using empty bottles for water, and drunkness for alcholic drinks making the player stumble more in combat and having drained stamina or making charged spells or readied bows shake side to side. Chopping firewood to keep fires going or using rare firesalts to keep them going longer. While food would go stale after a period of time, time being increased by storing it with salt, ice wrqith teeth, or rare frost salts. Adding jusy the basic NV survival part of hardcoe would go far in improving this wonderous game, but adding these suggestiins may make it go farther.
And just to clarify, I am a console owner so no mods for me!
Anyway leave your feedback and support below thank you!!

I doubt they will do anything now. Maybe a patch everyonce in a while. It could be included in patch.

I was actually hoping for a hardcoe Mode aswell.

There has been plenty of hardcoe mode threads, But yes I would have liked a hardcoe mode. Too late now though because I doubt a minor patch would include it.

Did they say they were done with DLC or Skyrim as a whole? Not one of those in denial types, I simply forgot.

hahahaha... some of you remind me of my drinking days.

Last call and the bar still has stragglers wanting another round.

hardcoe is a ludicrous word. When hear it the first thing I think of is some cheesy hair metal band like Bon Jovi.

I hope they add at least some free content.

Spell making, please? I won't even be pissed about the recent DLC info if they add spell crafting.

Maybe they should just make a compilation of the most endorsed mods available as an optional download for consoles with the authors permissions, but I guess that would involve way too many legal conflicts...
