Killing Saadia is the right thing

Kematu doesn't actually make any accusations about her betraying Hammerfell to the Dominion, only that she manipulates people.

She sold the city out to the Aldmeri Dominion. Were it not for her betrayal, Tanth could have held its ground in the war. The other noble houses discovered her betrayal and she fled. They want her brought back alive. The resistance against the Dominion is alive and well in Hammerfell, and they want justice.

DeanG is abolutely right in claiming that Tanth has been under Aldmer control for 20 years, but they could easily hunt her for that period of time - obviosuly she has esceaped them before.

Because she was in an area not controlled by the Dominion when the city was taken over and destroyed.

So she betrayed her people to the Dominion, and then moseyed on over to the people she just betrayed and hung out? And then, once they discovered her betrayal, she chose not to flee to her allies, but to people who also hate her allies?

And you still don't have proof that Kematu is who he claims he is and that his charges are true.

DeanG is abolutely right in claiming that Tanth has been under Aldmer control for 20 years, but they could easily hunt her for that period of time - obviosuly she has esceaped them before.

I meant when he confronts her outside the stables. She doesn't deny any allegations about betraying Hammerfell there because none are made. The only allegations Kematu brings up in that sequence is that she manipulates others.

So she's lying. That's fairly obvious, but how does that make her a traitor? Kematu doesn't actually make any accusations about her betraying Hammerfell to the Dominion, only that she manipulates people. And where's the evidence that Kematu and his gang are actually who they claim to be, or that the charges they levy against the woman are actually true? Just because her story is false doesn't mean that the other one is automatically true. Both could very well be trying to manipulate you, and claiming their opponent to be with the Thalmor is a pretty safe bet to make you side with them instead.

If she really worked for the Dominion, why wouldn't she flee to their territory when things went south instead of another place that absolutely loathes them?

Kematu specifically says she sold Hammerfell out to the Dominion. She doesn't move from Whiterun either because she's afraid they'll catch her if she tries to flee.

I always side with Kematu. He sounds legitimiate enough when he detains her outside the stables, and Saadia's story is just too fishy.

While we can't be certain that these Alikr warriors share the same allegiance as the Alikr who help drive out the Thalmor from Hammerfell, Saadia does seem like a very fishy person.

Still I kind of feel disturbed when ever I come across random Alikr warriors interrogating Redguard women who sometimes appear half naked in the wilderness.
