This game is begging for a Horde mode

Seems pretty simple.
    1-4 players where you play as the rebels.

    Set in areas from the campaign with good center focal points.

    Set up turrets, mines, and C4 between waves and every few waves one of those red, triangular boxes falls from the sky to resupply you.

    Starts off with some CELL troops and gradually escalates to Ceph pingers and gunships and maybe invisible nanosuit users.

    Could have bosses or a slight story element?

I know some people aren't too keen on horde modes but this game seems tailor made for one and it would go along great with Hunter mode.

Plus the online is dying fast and anything to reinvigorate it would be nice. Crytek wouldn't even have to make anything new. All the assets are right there in the game.

I love horde/alienrush modes in other games, though these days its zombie this zombie that mode.
