I've played Skyrim through several times, but this is the first time that I played with the DLCs. I'm level 53 now, completed Dawnguard and Soltheim, but have not completed the main quest yet.

I've been experiencing this odd thing since early in the game - dragons seem to drop out of the sky, already dead, and land near me. It's happened at least two dozen times now!! I never saw this in previous play-throughs... These aren't the regular dragons that one encounters through the game, those are still in their normal encounter locations; these seem to be extra dragons. I had one crash down into a castle while I was battling bandits; a couple have come down in towns!! An interesting thing about these dragons is that nobody else in the game reacts to them, even when they come down in a town; even when I absorb the soul from one, nobody comments or anything.

Has anyone else seen this?? Any idea why it would be happening??


I'm playing the PC version 1.9.32.0.8 (which is current in Steam, I believe) with SKSE.
I have a variety of addons installed, mostly for enhanced scenic/environmental issues, mapping, etc; all the current addons were used in previous games. The only new addons, I believe, are Shooting Stars (which I've never actually seen yet!) and Uncapper.
I uses NMM to install and manage addons.

Clearly the mod author is trolling you and the shooting stars are in actual fact Dragons dropping dead at your feet from the sky!

Seriously though, I had this happen on PS3 with a dragon. The especially annoying thing though was whenever I exited an interior cell back into Skyrim the skeleton would appear right outside. Made me stop playing that character it got on my nerves so much. You'd be better off asking the folk in the http://www.gamesas.com/forum/180-pc/ subforum how to fix it.
