Is there one? I am talking about this bug where some leveled items in NPC inventories start to appear in greater quanity than they should. I don't know the exact circumstances, but it only happens at high player levels, starting roughly at level 20-25, at first only on enemies above the players level, but now at level 36 I have also seen it on some level 20 Necromancers. According to my observation the bug affects scrolls, potions and arrows and causes NPCs or creatures that should usually have only a couple of them to have several orders of magnitude more. The items are spawned from the entire leveled list, ignoring the normal outrotating of lower levels.
In vanilla I encountered the bug most frequently on the Necromancers of the Meridia quest who would then carry 10-20 healing potions of all kinds.
Is there a fix for it or is anyone able to create one?
