I'm getting a strange problem with Mebastian Ence's quest. First off, I'm at the Stock quest and I've just finished counting the candles. When I advance to the part with the rat meat, nothing happens after I put the meat in the basket. According to the console, a woman's supposed to spawn and give me a ring but nothing happens. I tried advancing the quest with the console, but then Mebastian falls asleep no matter what time of day it is.
I checked with TESPCD, and the only conflict was LGNPCD's changes overwriting Morrowind Rebirth's changes, but that's about it.
Can anyone help?
