now that skyrim development is finished is it possible (or likely) a pc version will be released that includes all the dlc (wish) without the drm?

Not going to happen. It will be on Steam, no doubt about it - and even though it's possible to be on Steam and not use its DRM, we can see which route Bethesda chose with Skyrim.

But GOTY should be coming soon. Summer, maybe?
