I'm making a mod that uses a slow time effect which I copied from the shout magic effect. No matter what I did it always ended up being just over half of the duration I set. When i sent it to someone for debugging they said it worked fine. What gets weirder is I then tried using the vanilla slow time shout and it only lasts for just over half its duration. So i tried disabling all my mods and not using SKSE and starting a new new character it still has the wrong duration. So I verified the cache (it downloaded ~700kb) and it still is too short. Other spells like oakflesh last the right duration though.

Anyone have any idea whats going on? I'm backing my stuff up and preparing to fully flatten my skyrim install but my internet isn't super fast so I'd prefer not to if anyone has any ideas.
