Now, hear me out... I'm not angry like some people are, but I find this extremely lame. I don't understand how some people aren't upset over the fact that there isn't going to be more Skyrim DLC. We were lead on to think that they would do more, they could have done so much more. Skyrim had so much potential for DLC, this game had endless possibilities. But why would they do this? To end the game's lifespan this way. As people have already said, Bethesda ended Skyrim in a whimper or a whisper instead of a bang. There was no final DLC, Dragonborn definitely didn't seem like the final DLC, and usually the developers announce their last DLC for their games. I feel like they were or may have been working on one more thing for this game, but then something made them decide to scrap the project. Perhaps it was the unfortunate release time of the next generation consoles or maybe they wanted to focus more on Fallout 4, or something... I'm a huge Bethesda, and I love both Fallout and Elder Scrolls almost equally, but it doesn't sit right with me that they would drop Skyrim to focus on FO4. Does this not feel right to anyone else?

Nope.

Really, no. Skyrim is a commercial product that they put a lot of time into and delivered, and supported, and moved on.

I do not feel betrayed or cheated in any way. Skyrim, to be honest, is a huge game that people have been playing for a couple of years now, why would you need too much DLC? Sure, people are subject to their own opinions about this DLC 'crisis', but personally I don't see anything to be disappointed about.

I can understand that some people are upset, but I think it's time to move on. Skyrim was never going to last forever, and me myself am looking forward to the next game(s) Beth will be releasing.

I'm not upset anymore. I was when I found out but I'll move on no problem. It just feels indecent to be silent for months and then finally mention "Oh yeah, by the way, we're done making DLC." I think they might have been working on another DLC but scrapped it.

This. I'm disappointing, sure, but we are owed nothing. They putout a product and we bought it. They owe us nothing.
