I don't want to check off all the things that Morrowind had, that is enough for me lol. Just too lazy.

Enchanted clothing: because a Mage only wears A robe, I don't thing the enchantment value should be so low. Maybe better/ rarer robes could hold greater enchantments. A mages robe should be up there with some of the better armour found, exchanging protection values with magical effects.

Tattoos: good call, dragon age was nice for facial styles. Warrior styles need some body art.

Rings and amulets: 2 rings only I think and 1 amulet at a time, although additional items such as bracelets and earings, yeah that's cool.

I don't really care what kind of style options there are. I just want a clothing system that doesn't replace the body meshes.
For those who are unfamiliar to what I'm talking about, when you put on a shirt in Oblivion, it completely replaces the upper body mesh with that of its own. This is especially annoying for modders, as you have to add the body parts, skeleton, et cetera to the item you're making. It's also very inconvenient for body replacer, such as HGEC.
What I'm hoping they've done is made a system where the clothing and such just overlays the body meshes.

@Valandil Ciryatan:
No to being able to enchant clothing. Clothing should affect your appearance (appearance could be a derived stat from Charisma, Clothing, Armor, and Health) which in turn affect disposition with NPCs. Like, having "real" meaning. Dress like those you talk to, and gain a bonus for doing so. Daedric and glass should scare townsfolk away... Unique clothing with enchantments? Sure, why not, but within reason. Like a 5-10 boost in certain skills because the clothing may be used with that skill, but no superpowers within clothing. Maybe there was a powerful enchanter with a background as a clothing dude back in the days. But as we lack that background, we shouldn't be able to ;)
