Requesting help for a new character

Good day good people of the Oblivion forum,

I am looking to create a new character to play Oblivion with. I have some minor prior experience (about 50 hours, I guess), but always kept running into that wall caused by Oblivion's leveling system. This is where I'd like to ask you advice, as I don't really know how to escape this problem.

My character will probably be a sort of Assassin, focusing on Illusion, Blade and Marksman, mostly. If I would have to pick seven major skills right now, they'd probably be Blade/Marksman/Illusion/Sneak/Speechcraft/Athletics/Acrobatics, but I'm almost certain that there are things to improve here. Basically, what I want is a nimble, stealthy Assassin character. Any experienced players who can help me out with building a proper character?

Thanks in advance,

Choose four majors only. NEVER use the other three. Ever. Do that with another character.
Four majors only, means that you will max level at 30, giving you the toughest enemies in the game, in addition to the best loot, without making them be damage sponges as the world increases in level beyond that.
In addition, with four majors only, you guarantee +5 modifiers to all your level ups, provided you of course, don't screw up. If you power game, or spam, you will break the build.
Illusion
Blade
Marksman
Mysticism or Conjuration
