What, in your opinion, is the most ridiculous looking armor in Oblivion? You can include Shivering Isles armor as well.
I always loved to find the silliest headwear in the game. My votes will be on the Masque of Clavicus Vile and the Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw. Definitely ridiculous.

To be honest I would have to say glass armour. Although I do quite enjoy the glass weapons, I just don't like how the armour looks :/

I second glass armor. And vote for Amber armor, too.

The armors themeslves aren't too bad (except for the glowy-ness,) but that headgear... uggh. It just looks stupid.

I did not like the elven armor. The helmet was idiotic imo, and the shoulders were oversized and not shaped well.

I really liked the elven armor in Skyrim though.

Oh! I just remembered Elven Helmet LOL.
I thought the Amber Armor looked pretty boss, actually, though the helm did look stupid. XD
But to me, the Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw will always win.
P.S. I never really had the chance to see full Glass armor on my character. Maybe I'll do that on my next playthrough.

I liked the glass armor, but most of my oblivion game time I used modded armors. Mainly the ordinator armor since I love dunmer and it was my fav from Morrowind. And stuff made by Alien Slof.

Do robes count? I hated the robes, they looked so thick and ictchy on top of being boring. Which kinda made me mad while playing a noob mage through the guild. YAY new robes! What?? really...I am NOT wearing that!

You can put down any apparel.
Try to refrain from listing modded armor, as I'm a PS3 player (I know) and I will have no idea what anyone is talking about.

Dear god the arena armor. It looks ridiculous even on a female character.

I think the silliest single piece of armor is the Dwarven Helmet. It reminds me of Zippy the Pinhead.

I always thought the dwarven helmet looked badass though. Especially with the full dwarven set
