First of all I′m new here so let′s begin:

Initially my topic is about the perk "pickpocking" and it′s perks.
By the way my Perk is on max level (100) and I have put 5x in the first perk and I have already the perk, which allows you to steal gold 50% easier.
Now let′s come to the main issue:

If I want to steal gold (~2000g) I have just a chance of (+ -) 22%!
Remarkable is that if I wear my pickpocking enchantment set (ring, chain etc,) the chance goes down to 0%?
The enchantment set should help the chance to steal a Item,gold or what else but the chance to steal goes down.

So is it a bug which is already in knowledge or why it′s not even fixed?

The enchantments work for me.

Hm I never used a pickpoketing character in my 11 years playing tes games so Im not the one to answer that, but I welcome you to the forums.

Actually, it's not a bug, it's a feature.

See, the chance to pickpocket gold is based on it's http://uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Pickpocket#Skill_Usage. The amount you are trying to steal is very large, you'll have better chances with smaller amounts (around 890).

The enchantment is (possibly) http://uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Pickpocket#Bugs however. The bug is not 100% confirmed and I never ran into it, but there are some people who experience it.
