After meeting Miraak for the first time, he does not mount the dragon. He just walks over to the dragon and stays there. The two seekers shoot at you for 3-4 minutes then it all stops and nothing happens.

I deleted ALL mods that affect scripts and animations. My only remaining mods are cosmetic (Hair, textures etc) and should have no effect?

I tried deleting my scripts and animation folders and then used steam to reaquire these files, I then ran validation of game cache.

Currently I can NOT advance the mainquest of Solstheim at all. I really need some help here
