Anyone have a Vampire Lord? : V

I just had a question about one of the perks. The "Poison Talons" one. It adds 20 unarmed damage as poison damage once you get it right?

Is this a passive at all times? Or only when you are changed into a Vampire Lord?

I'm pretty sure its only when you're a vampire lord.

That perk is only for Vampire Lord form it doesn't carry to human form.

Lord form only since its for claws.
