Ok, so I have 2 characters running right now, one imperial battle mage, which I know they use heavy armor and onne Imperial Solder....which leads me to my question, throughout elder scrolls history, do the imperial soldiers generally use heavy or light armor, and if it is heavy, why in gods name do all the soldiers in the civil war use light armor ?
