I think there isn't enough spouses and I think when a new patch comes (Most likely another patch will come), I certainly would like to have new spouses and the option to divorce.

The spouses can be NPCs that are already here; here is some examples.

When you want to divorce your spouse, you will need to talk to Maramal and give him 500 septims to be divorced. After you have paid him, he will give you a note and take it to your spouse. After you took the note to your spouse, s/he will be angry towards you and storm off to her original home. You can report back to Maramal, who will be disappointed in you, but will still host weddings for you.
Note #1: When you divorce your spouse, you can no longer marry him/her.
Note #2: If you don't have a Amulet of Mara, you can buy another from Maramal.

I could care less about who I marry, as long as I get my share of the money from the store. Though, It'd be interesting to marry and divorce a bunch of people.

Why pay 500 septims for a divorce when arrows are dirt cheap and fire spells are free?
