New Vegas is the gem of the Mojave and a place unlike anything else. It is a neon paradise of glittering lights, fine entertainment, and fabulous wealth and luxury. After the events of New Vegas, much of the surrounding area of Vegas has also been built up by the Free Economic Zone and the city is experiencing a population and industry boom. The junk walls previously seen in New Vegas have been removed and replaced by a proper concrete structure. Various factories and manufacturing plants are being utilized, and everywhere Vegas is showing clear signs of progress and the attributes of being a center of commerce.

The Strip remains the glamorous showpiece, and many more casinos and business now dot it. Turning it into a true sight to behold. It is here, on the fabulous Vegas Strip, that the assembly will be held.

Delegates will arrive in McCarran airport, either by foot, by aircraft, or by train and upon arrival will take the monorail line to the Strip. Upon entering the LVB station, they will be asked to disarm by Securitrons and private Strip security forces. Once they leave the station, delegates will be escorted down the Strip by foot to the Lucky 38, and then to the Lucky 38 Cocktail lounge.

Space in the lounge has been cleared and a http://imgur.com/1uPWW4Y, with cushioned chairs http://imgur.com/RGCWbVi. Delegates will have an excellent view of the Mojave Desert’s scenery from the great bay windows of the lounge. Soft music plays over the sound system and next to the convention table, various smaller tables have been set up for all types of food and drink, as well as various fine cigars and cigarettes for the delegates to take at their leisure. In addition, the event is catered by the excellent chiefs at the Gourmand, and waiters dressed in fine clothes will be taking requests for food and drink from the delegates.

Securitrons stand guard at all elevator doors, and will be watching to ensure that nothing goes amiss.

Finally, as an attendance favor, all delegates (including aides and so on) will each receive 1,000 gold-plated Casino chips, specially made for the Vegas Assembly, which are good for any and all Casinos on the New Vegas strip. Following the ending of the political discussion, the delegates will be welcome to take in all that Vegas has to offer.

Dean Domino, Republic of Sierra Madre

Dean followed Hsu over to the table and sat down. He lit a cigarette and took a long drag before speaking.

" So President Hsu, what do you wish to discuss?"

"Wait just one moment, I must request someone to aid us in this endeavor...

Hsu had his SFG aid with him and spoke to him.

"Bring me Texas."

The SFG guard nodded.

The SFG guard walked back and went to the GrandAdmiral Jameson.

"President Hsu wishes to speak with you. You will be joining discussions with the Madre... President Hsu is at the back."

The SFG guard walked back to Hsu and spoke to his ear.

"Texas is coming..."

"Good..."
