Hopefully it turns out to be a good thing. Instead of worrying about new DLC's they can focus on fixing the game as a whole, as far as bugs go. They said that they will continue to patch and update.

I actually think, similiar to what -KC said, that their will be minor plug-ins like the mehrunes razor quest, or more spell tomes etc.
