I need to load up a fresh install of Skyrim. How do I uninstall it?

I have looked in the Skyrim folder - no uninstall program.
I have looked in the library/games folder - no uninstall.
I have searched through Steam - no uninstall found, unless the "Delete Local Content" is the option I am looking for.

What am I missing?

Just use delete local content, you dont really uninstall steam games just delete the content and steam takes care of the rest.
