What's your standard to ban the player?

I'm a Crysis 3 player which my current name that got banned is iiiilllliilillll, my old name was 7-Gods-of-Pirate. (Funny thing is, before I changed my name to iiiilllliilillll, one player had told me that I was good, but after I changed my name, he said that I'm a cheater.)

Last Tuesday, I tried to login and found out that I was banned by the staffs. I checked my e-mail, and got a message that I had violated some terms of service, in which I didn't even know what I had done wrong. So they banned me. I then sent an e-mail back to accountdisputes@ea.com to ask what I had done wrong.

An e-mail that I sent.

What EA sent back.

EA only told me that after they had checked my account, they found out that I really had violated the terms of service, but still didn't tell me what I had done wrong. So I sent an e-mail back again asking what I had done wrong and also ask for some evidences.

"I assure you, I didn't do anything according to your statement, hacking, cheats or whatsoever. If you insist that I readlly did so, please show me some proofs."

Again, EA asserted that after some thorough checking, they insisted that I really HAD violated the terms of services. And again that they showed me nothing, no evidence or whatsoever. They also told me that this would be the last time that they would reply back.

I want to know what's your standard to ban the player?

I'm not that of an impressive player, there are people who play better than me, and because I group with my friends, it makes our score pretty good.

It's one of the reason why “we” were always accused of being “cheaters” or “hackers”.

In which I mostly found out that they always accused someone that could play better than them a cheater. And most of the time it weren't true, they just wanted to vote kick.

My main point is what's the standard the staffs use to ban the player? I asked for some evidences but why couldn't they show me?

And I also assure everyone and insist that I was never a cheater and never thought of cheating. It's an honourless thing to do.

It's just that my name was questionable and weird, but that couldn't be a reason to ban a player, right?
