What is the fastest way to level up? I've tried the way were you enchant your items with fortify aliteration and continuously cast paralyze, but it doesn't work well because I'm not able to get fortify aliteration 25% ( Thus it won't cost you any magicka when you equip all the enchanted items ) . So any other ways or a solution to the aforementioned problem?

You have to have your Enchanting at a high enough level to even be able to do that.

Mine is 100 and all perks. But my alchemy has to be high too, and thats tedious to level up.

In that case, your "Fortify Alteration" should be at 25% naturally.

Are you using filled Grand Soul Gems?

I don't know what to say, with all perks in Enchanting, especially those 5/5, you should have 25%.

Ah, there you go. You need the 5/5 to get the 25%.
