I am looking for a home that would befit my character, who has just risen to the rank of Patriarch within the Tribunal Temple.

My character is rather humble, so it does not have to be that large or stately. Although, it is important that it contains a study, or at least a desk. Furthermore, it should be located near or in Vivec, or at least at another centre of the Temple's power (e.g. Molag Mar). Mods are also a possibility if you know any good ones.


P.S. : I would prefer it if I did not have to kill anyone to claim the home, unless it is an obvious heretic or otherwise shady character.
