Thieves Hideout Mystery Notes of unreachable : V

Directly right of the Riften Grave yard entrance in the cistern hide out under the bed side table is two notes.... how do i get them or more importantly what do they say?

Never having seen them, nor browsing the cheats, hints and spoilers section I can't say for certain.

Perhaps if you start looking in 'Cheats, Hints and Spoilers' in this forum you might find out.

The ones under Mercer's Desk?

To get them all you have to do is crouch and move your pointer over one, when you are close enough you should be able to activate it to read/take.
One is asking to borrow the guy who would assassinate someone while in jail then lockpick their way out. And I don't remember the second.
