Future of Skyrim modding

With all DLCs released. , with the end of skyrim support by bethesda , and the much probable lack ofany further update or patch release with the last gamejam content .... Hts the future of modding?

Will the tools. Now going to benefit from the lack of constant updates of the ck or the engine?

Is something planned to fix the many ck bugs never fixed?

Is there any plan for a decent merging tool or something that will allow the loading of multiple DLC. Esms from a mod esm?

Well bethesda said there would be more Dlcs and big plans for skyrim in 2013 .... We saw how it ended...

So when they barely hinted of a perhaps futher patching , it most surely means they ended working on skyrim.
