Need tips on SKSE 4gb runner and windowed mode

I was watching Gopher's FO NV tutorials last night and he showed a few ways to make it run better such as the 4gb loader from NVSE and running in windowed mode. I was wondering is the 4gb loader for skyrim still good and does windowed mode make a difference on performance?

Skyrim has had Large Address Aware enabled by default since patch 1.3.10, so any 4GB loader is completely unnecessary.
