Hi guys, I think it would be really cool if one of you guys made a mod that limits the number of arrows the player can carry. At least to me, it seems a little weird to carry +400 arrows in one quiver. I think a more realistic limit, like 40, would be much better and suit roleplayers.
I've seen mods that add weight to arrows or make each shot use more arrows, buit never one that actually limits the number of arrows the player is allowed to carry.

Now I have no experience with the Creation Kit, and even though I considered making this mod myself I don't think I would be able to make a satisfying mod. I know this mod will require some coding, and I really, REALLY, svck at coding - so, I hope one of you guys, with your mad superior coding skills, is able to make this mod, or something like it. If you do that, you will be my hero and I will name children after you.

Kuertee's Encumbering loot &armour http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13247 will make arrow have weight. Sure, it does allot more but you can edit all of it to suit your playing style.
Besides if arrows bugs you maybe carrying multiple armours around does too

It does not limit your arrows but if you set the exceed point to about 40 (there are 2 points that can be set) and that the weight will multiply with the highest value for every arrow, you wont be able to carry anything else but arrow if you got too many.
