I mostly use Better Heads but, while looking certainly looking nice, a lot of the faces it uses seem a little too clean and pretty to be from a plagued, volcanic island. I guess I'm looking for a sort of... grungier face replacer, if that makes any sense.

Telesphoros lists a couple head packs although they all seem pretty similar to BH from the comparison screens I can find.

Hey, thanks. Didn't see any head replacer I wanted in its entirety but this'll be a great start. Just curious, but is it generally safe to replace head textures without replacing the associated model, as long as the face proportions are fairly similar?
