It can only be obtained on PC. Lucky pc users

I do have it on my xbox on 1 save, But I dont see why they didnt include it on console.
I have it on 1 save because it is modded.

PC users- did you know about this other version.

it isnt proper modding just save transfer with a few items added then transfered back. no Jtag

Yes I did. It is alot better than a re-coloured guard armor. even though it only adds sleeves.
