Hey guys. Playing skyrim before with lvl100 enchanting would give 25% cheaper cost for the chosen magic school PER ITEM when using a grand soul gem if I remember correctly?
ATM It is showing only FIVE percent a piece.
Also, fortify magicka for example only increases it by a measly 20 points per piece. This is with maxed enchanting and grand soul gems!

WTH is going on? Is my memory failing me or did they nerf enchanting? I never used enchanting/Alchemy loop btw, Im talking about normal BASE enchanting numbers with 100 enchanting and grand soul gems.

Have you tried to select the effect? For me the value, before selecting it, tend to be the un-perked value, depending on my soul gems. If you have, I have no idea what is wrong.
