low-kill, no-kill character?

Have you done it? How?

In Fo:NV, I enjoyed sitting back, behind a scope, watching an enemy's patrol routes. I was also surveying the land for good cut-throughs or paths of escape. I did this with plans of returning when they had bigger guns for me to harvest. Throwing the fish back, as it were.

I liked it, a lot. I got to the end of the map, leveled up, and still had better battles to fight on the way back. Inversely, I also had a more exciting time getting away. I crippled copious amounts of legs to do so.

So, I had an idea for a low 'strength', no 'charisma' character.

Focusing on 'intelligence' and 'perception' to achieve mission completion while speaking to and engaging the least amount of allys/ foes.

'Luck' will be the point-dump.

...

The lack of combat skills may prove to be lackluster or overbearingly difficult, however, I have thought about using solely unarmed or explosives.

I want to play this on Fo3 but it may be more of a Fo:Nv character?

Any thoughts, tips & tricks, from you fine folks?
