One of my favorites is a glitch that involves the shield Spellbreaker, slow time block perk, and a Giant.

When you block a power attack from a Giant with Spellbreaker the world around you will slow down for 10-15mins.

The slow time is different than the shout Slow Time.

Your character will move at the same speed while everything around you is moving incredibly slow. Like hyper speed.

Just stumbled upon the glitch when I got Spellbreaker one day.

That doesn't have anything to do with the shield or weapon used. It is tied directly to the perk. The perk is bugged, where the effect is extended for longer and longer periods of time. It is even fixed on the PC, by removing the perk and adding it again.

Mammoths that fall from the sky. I try to fire an arrow in them nefore they hit the floor.

The ones that got patched

Robbing Gray-Mane blind and the plate/platter glitch, as well as using Do Not Delete chests to get on top of Neloths house.

My favorite glitch was the OI glitch.

It shouldn't have been touched, but Restoration looping is much faster for leveling with legendary alchemy now. I went from lv 10-90 in like 3-5 minutes.

The Wooden plate key to the world. Never leave the house without wooden plates.

My favorite glitch is the one where my games freezes every 30 seconds and I have to keep restarting my console.
