I have been playing skyrim for about half a year and I have a suggestion that you should be able to join bandits and forsworn.If you are a good fighter and show it you should be asked by a bandit chief or forsworn briar heart.

You basically can do that with the Thieves guild (Bandits in a way but with more honor apparently) and the Forsworn (just one camp but still)

Bandits are no match for dragons!
