Hello so I purchased crisis 3 yesterday and im having a littler bit of a problem with running it on maxed out settings.

In Fights/When its Raining, I get on average 10-20FPS ive also put the game to lowest settings but also getting on average 15-30FPS
I Believe my pc is capable of running this game maxed out
Please Help me out to solve this problem thanks.
