My computer has been in the shop now for about two weeks and i just recently got it back and can't seem to even join multiplayer. we thought it might have been parental controls but i can play campaign just fine. when i try and join mp it just says "cannot access" or something. This is my only game I actually like mp on other than halo so help if anyone knows anything.

try disabling firewalls or temporarily removing the antivirus,see if it helps
